Save With Combos, Packages & Groups

If you are interested in seeing more than one Ripley’s attraction, buying a U-Pick Combo will save you money. You can add anywhere from two to seven additional attractions. Possible Ripley’s add on attractions include: Believe It or Not, Haunted Adventures, Mirror Maze, Moving Theater, Davy Crockett Mini-Golf, Old-MacDonald’s Farm Mini-Golf, and Guinness World Records. This is a good buy no matter how many attractions you combine; savings will vary based on which attractions you select. You have one year to use the attractions you purchase, so if you live in the area, this is a smart buy for a family.

Ripley’s Vacation Packages
Supposedly if you reserve your aquarium tickets and hotel through the Ripley’s Aquarium website you can save money. In my test case hypothetical scenario, the room offered at Fairfield Inn and Suites plus two admission tickets worked out to be the same price as buying the tickets only and booking the same hotel through Travelocity. Not a great offer.

Group Rates
If you will be visiting the aquarium with 10 or more people you will be eligible for a group rate. Adult tickets are reduced to $19.99. Children’s admissions (age 6-11) are $9.99, and Young children (age 2-5) are $3.99. That saves you five bucks per adult and two bucks per child. Certainly this group deal is worth it if you are going with a big family or taking a large bunch of kiddos. To make your group reservation, call 865.430.8808 ext. 2156 or call toll free at 888.240.1358. Alternatively, a group reservation request can be submitted online from the Ripley’s Aquarium website.

Cost Benefits of a Family Fun Pass

If you will be visiting the aquarium more than two times in a calendar year, the Annual Fun Pass is a smart buy. Every visit after the first two will be free or nearly so because the pass will have paid for itself. Individual Annual Pass prices are as follows: Adults $49.99, Children (age 6-11) $28.99, Children (age 2-5) $12.99. If you were savvy enough to already buy an Annual Pass last year, renewals are offered at an even deeper discount! Adult Annual Pass Renewals are $39.99, Children (6-11) are $27.50, and Children (2-5) are $12.50.

Best of all, there are more savings benefits that accompany the Fun Pass. Pass holders will receive discounted admission to all Tennessee Ripley’s attractions as well as the Ripley’s Aquarium in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Family and friends that accompany you to any of these attractions are also eligible for discounted admission (pass holder must be present; benefit applies to up to six people). Finally, (as though you aren’t sold already!) flash your pass to receive 15 % off all merchandise and food purchases at any of the Ripley’s Tennessee facilities.

Annual Ultimate Fun Pass
If you are a Tennessee resident or repeat traveler and devoted to the Ripley’s line of attractions, the Annual Ultimate Fun Pass is the money saving option for you. Not only do you reap all the benefits listed above, but also, you have unlimited visits to ALL the Ripley’s attractions (for one full year from date of purchase). Cost for adults is $99.99, and Children (6-11) are $49.99.

What to See and Do While There

While there, you will see Piranhas, four-eyed fish, and poison dart frogs. Ripley’s Aquarium also offers children a chance to touch and learn through interactive exhibits. Not only can they pet stingrays, but also, the Discovery Center has ample opportunities to touch and play as they learn more about the species and habitats featured in the aquarium. Even the biggest couch potatoes will agree that Ripley’s is better than any TV show or video game!
